Alignment Principles
Start in table top on your forearms
Place elbows right below shoulders and interlace the hands
Place the back of the head into your hands
Lift knees and walk feet in as close to you as you can while keeping the back and hamstrings long
Take one leg in to a tuck position, followed by the other
