What is Master Your Yoga?
Master Your Yoga is a customized 12-week, live streaming, online based yoga program that helps you move forwards in your personal practice.
Whether you’re completely new to yoga or an experienced yogi, Master Your Yoga will work with you 1-on-1 to create personalized yoga classes based on your own goals, wants & needs. It will help you:
- Move forwards in your practice
- Improve yoga skill
- Develop correct body alignment + improve body awareness

Working towards a specific goal in your practice, navigating an injury, or just getting yourself started, requires motivation, proper body alignment, and a teacher who you can trust to guide you in the right direction. Without the proper guidance, your practice can feel frustrating, discouraging, confusing, stuck or stagnant.
Master Your Yoga can fast-track your growth and save you months of time put towards travelling to classes that don’t serve you or don’t give you the attention you deserve.
With this program, you will move forwards and “Master” your own practice – no matter where you’re at on your mat.
Where does the program take place?
Master Your Yoga program is all online, so there’s no travel required! You can practice from home, work, or anywhere in the world. All you need is access to a computer, tablet or phone. High-speed internet is also recommended.
All classes, support, and resources will be available at your finger tips whenever you need.
How much time do I need to commit?
On top of your weekly, live 60 minute yoga sessions, plan to budget up to 30 minutes into 5-6 days of the week for your Asana Subscriptions.
If you plan on practicing the recorded class again throughout the week, plan to budget more time.
Remember, the more focus and dedication that you put into the program, the more you’ll get out of it and the faster you’ll see results.
Can I have shorter live sessions or more than 1 live class every week?
If you’re interested in having live sessions that are shorter than 60 minutes, or would like more than 1 live class each week, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss.
What if I have to miss a class?
I understand that sometimes life happens and hits you with challenges or conflicts that result in the need to reschedule. So if you ever need to reschedule, let me know and we’ll work around it.
What if I can't commit to 12-weeks? Are there other options?

What will I learn that I can't get for free on the internet?
Although you can access a lot of free information about yoga poses on the web, the web can’t tell you what you need to work on, personally. And that’s where I come in. I’ll be your personal yoga coach, giving you a new pair of eyes to see your practice through so that you can find a new level of mastery on your mat.
How is this program different from other classes, programs, or private lessons?
Master Your Yoga is designed to give you specialized training and instruction that you won’t get in your typical group class.
Most yoga programs don’t offer you 1-on-1, live interaction, which is key to moving your practice in the right direction. Plus, this program offers you a free recording of every class so that you can practice as often as you’d like at no extra cost!
In this program, I will pre-plan a 12-week program that works with your goals so that each lesson is tailored and focused directly on what you want to achieve on your mat during your time with me. Of course, allowing space for adjustment and change as needed. Most private lessons move on a lesson-by-lesson basis and lack a complete plan. I’m here to make sure that every class counts so that you can fast-track your growth and find greater depth in your practice.
Not only this, but my background of gymnastics and working with athlete’s has helped me to gain a unique perspective on the body that will help you get to where you want to be at price lower than market value.

If you’re new to yoga and want help to get your practice off the ground, build confidence on your mat, clear confusion and uncertainty, or want 1-on-1 attention, tips, and adjustments, then Master Your Yoga program will help kickstart your practice the right way. Whether or not you have a specific goal, Master Your Yoga will get you going in the right direction.
The Yogi Working With An Injury
If you feel stuck in your practice due to an injury and you’re unsure of how to work around it, Master Your Yoga will teach you how to practice safely and honour your body. This program will help you find freedom on your mat and body again.
Who is this program not for?
Master Your Yoga 12-week program is a commitment to yourself.
To get to where you want to be in your practice, you’ve got to consistently show up on your mat and put in the work in order to get the best results, which requires self-motivation, patience, and determination.
So if you’re not ready to put in the work and commit to your journey towards greater healing, discovery, and understanding, then this program is NOT for you.
This program is for the dedicated, focused, and self-committed yogis who want to dive deeper into their practice, and explore their practice in their own way, on their own terms.
