Previously a gymnastics coach, Kiana is now an E-200 hour Hatha and Vinyasa Registered Yoga Teacher who has also completed her 60-hr Yin Yoga Teacher Training.
Within 3 years, Kiana honed her skills to lead classes, workshops, retreats, and yoga teacher trainings around the world, as well as created her own signature class, Body To Soul Flow, and her own online studio, Body To Soul Movement.
Kiana teaches creatively, sequentially, and thoughtfully, with her gymnastics coaching background aiding in the uniqueness of her classes and her ability to get you where you want to be.
