About Kiana

Kiana is an E-RYT 200 hour international yoga teacher. She completed her yoga teacher training in 2015 and has been coaching gymnastics for 10+ years as well.

Her teachings emphasize handstands and inversions, creative and challenging sequencing suitable for all levels, and a mix of strength-building and flexibility-based postures to prepare you for more advanced asanas.

Kiana’s very passionate about helping her students’ practices grow, both on and off the mat, which is one of her intentions behind creating her signature style flow class, Body To Soul Flow. Along with that, Kiana created her own online studio, Body To Soul Movement that hosts a variety of classes and programs.
