About Kiana
Previously a gymnastics coach, Kiana is now an E-200 hour Hatha and Vinyasa Registered Yoga Teacher who has also completed her 60-hr Yin Yoga Teacher Training.
Within 3 years, Kiana honed her skills to lead classes, workshops, retreats, and yoga teacher trainings around the world. Kiana teaches creatively, sequentially, and thoughtfully, with her gymnastics coaching background aiding in the uniqueness of her classes.
With 8+ years of experience working with the human body, and now 4+ years teaching yoga and meditation, Kiana’s mission is to share this practice with you to help you deepen your connection to, and understanding of, your body and yourself. Leading you to move your body & heal your soul.
Your mat creates a space for you to shine light on your own introspective healing, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Kiana hopes to help you continue to move forwards on your own personal healing and movement journey – both on & off your mat.

About Mira
Mira started her health and wellness journey young. When her dad played for the national basketball team, she was put into the fitness world at a young age and has, since then, fell in love with it.
Mira is a Fitness and Health Promotion Graduate at Humber College.Â
She’s also a Personal Trainer and Performance Coach with experience working with diverse backgrounds through different fitness domains such as professional baseball, NFL, MLB, fire fighters, police officers, and many more.
Mira is a RYT-200 hour Certified Vinyasa Yoga Teacher with 4+ years of experience teaching flow, meditation, methodology, pranayama, and ecstatic dance. Now she’s leading workshops, events and retreats around the world.
