TIPS FOR MANIFESTATION

The New Year is here and with that comes 2018 resolutions! Below are some tips on how you can turn your goals into reality.
- Write down your goals on a sheet of paper that you can keep in a safe place.
- Set a date for when you want to accomplish each goal. It’s best to focus on 1-2 at a time.
- Create positive affirmations for each goal and repeat them 3-5x every morning/night. Ex. “I will travel to and host my first yoga retreat by the fall of this year.”
- Look into how you can make each goal happen and write down the steps to make them happen.
- TAKE ACTION with these steps to make your goals happen!
Goals will always be goals unless you plan and take action steps to manifest them into your reality!
