TOP HEALTHY SNACKS FOR WHEN YOU'RE ON THE MOVE

Not everyone has time to put together something to eat when they’re constantly on the go from place to place, especially those who have dietary restrictions like myself. That’s why I’ve put together this short list of healthy snacks that are great for a grab-and-go!

  1. Bounce Balls – gluten free, vegan, refined sugar free
  2. Go Macro – vegan
  3. Salt of the Earth Bean Crisps – gluten free, made from beans and corn! Costco is the best place to buy them.
  4. Vegetables & Hummus – my favourite type of hummus is from Sunflower Kitchen. They have lots of different flavours you can try.
  5. And don’t forget… Fruit! – the easiest snack you can find!
