Calgary | Aerial Flow

Where: Pole Flow YYC

Aerial Flow is a sensual, tricks-meets-flow workshop that blends fluid aerial shapes with grounded, heels-based movement.

You’ll begin by breaking down a sequence of beginner-to-intermediate aerial tricks and transitions, with an emphasis on control, smooth entries, and confident exits. Then, we’ll layer this sequence into a continuous flow—bridging aerial movement with sultry, grounded choreography.

Tricks will be taught on both spin and static pole (you choose your preference). You’ll explore heels technique focused on glides and light edgework, along with strategies for controlling your transitions from pole to floor.

To close, you’ll have time to dance the full sequence to a variety of tracks, with space to personalize the flow, play with musicality, and fully embody the movement in your own way.
