In this spin pole workshop, you’ll build up to a spinning trick combo with tips and techniques on how to transition, enter, and exit each trick.

You’ll learn how to create smooth and fluid transitions with control on spin, finesse your lines, and dive into a deeper sense of embodiment to make your tricks look effortless.

Prerequisites: Climb & Jasmine (non-invert entry) on spin. Bonus: Outside & Inside Leg Hang, but not required.

Ottawa | Lights On: A Striptease-Inspired Workshop

Bring the art of tease to life in this skriptease-style workshop inspired by Kiana’s Lights On performance at Skripped Down. You’ll learn a sensual basework variation of the choreography, designed to celebrate seduction, play, and self-expression. Expect detailed cueing, attention to technique, and plenty of space to embody your own unique flavour of tease.

We’ll explore:

• Skr!ptease-inspired movement with grounded basework and floor work
• How to play with clothing removal as part of your choreo (pasties and/or clothing to remove is recommended!)
• Creating anticipation through timing, intention, and expressive detail
• Unlocking your confidence to perform with boldness and allure

Pre-Requisites: Open to high beginner+ with experience dancing in heels and learning choreography.
